Ardgillan Castle & Demesne
Skerries is a beautiful seaside town in North County Dublin, Ireland. It is well worth a visit, with a busy fishing harbour, sailing club, restaurants, shops, pubs, sandy beaches and friendly people.

King of the Mountains
The multi-coloured shirt is awarded to the best mountain climber in the race.
Keep a close eye
Keeping a close eye on the competition. Nearing the end of a hard few days but all to play for. The team stays together as much as possible.
Tactics come in to play on the last hill. Looking out for the competition and protecting the Yellow Jersey.
The Last Hill
The Last Hill. The effort to climb the last hill is clearly shown on the competitors faces. The An Post Yellow Jersey and White Jersey are near the front.
Never give up
Never give up is the motto for the cyclists. Enjoying the good weather but not the climb so much.
St Patricks Day
St Patricks Day in Skerries is a fantastic day. The Coastguard helicopter flies over the parade.
St Patricks Day
The Irish Air Corps fly past is a spectacular sight during the St Patricks Day parade in Skerries in 2008. We had wonderful weather with a clear blue sky.
Jackdaw flies over the reeds at Skerries Mills.
There are many Seagulls to be seen in Skerries. This one flies by in a clear blue sky.
1st snowdrop of 2015
The first snowdrop of 2015. So delicate and pretty. I created the reflection in Photoshop Elements which I am trying to learn how to use.
